Renowned for their innovative and high-performance cases, Kolink has now brought the new Ethereal Midi-Tower to market, representing a feature-rich gaming case that offers an abundance of space beneath its stylish exterior for all the powerful gaming hardware you could want. The tempered glass side door will allow users to enjoy an unobstructed view of their high-end gaming setup complete with compatibility for E-ATX motherboards. Given the use of tempered glass, aesthetics are important, and a PSU shroud cleverly conceals unsightly cables. The front of the case has the appearance of brushed aluminium, almost indistinguishable from the real thing, and this accentuates the stylish exterior overall - with the digitally addressable RGB-LED strip only adding to the case’s impressive aesthetics. A switch on the I/O panel enables lighting control. Alternatively, the lighting strip can also be connected directly to the motherboard and controlled there if you prefer. A fine mesh with integrated dust filter in the roof of the case helps keeps your hardware clean and dust-free. A pre-installed 120mm fan provides more than adequate airflow. Features Stylish Midi-Tower supporting up to E-ATX motherboards Tempered glass side panel with hinges Brushed aluminium-look front Smart digitally addressable RGB lighting on the front One pre-installed 120mm fan on the rear Up to five 120mm- and four 140mm fans possible Space for graphics cards up to 380mm, CPU coolers up to 160mm tall I/O Panel with controller for RGB-LEDs, 1x USB 3.1 Type C, 1x USB 3.0 und 2x USB 2.0 Kolink Ethereal: Plenty of Space for Powerful Gaming Hardware Even though the case’s dimensions correspond to those of a Midi-Tower, the Ethereal utilises its ingenious design to enable support for E-ATX motherboards. Even graphics cards measuring up to 380 mm will enjoy plenty of space towards the front of the case. Most CPU coolers measuring up to 160mm in height will also fit with space to spare. The implementation of a smart shroud helps conceal the PSU and HDD cage, in which users are free to install two 3.5"- or two 2.5" drives. To the rear of the motherboard lies a bracket offering support for two more 2.5" SSDs. Those who prefer to opt for air cooling will be pleased to know that there are plenty of mounting points for 120mm fans. The front allows for the installation of two 120mm- or two 140mm fans. The roof allows for either two 120mm- or two 140mm fans. The roof of the case is equipped with a mesh that helps ensure maximum airflow with a minimum of unwanted dust. This is also possible in no small part thanks to the smart use of dust filters, meaning that the case’s interior will rarely need special cleaning. A single 120mm occupies a slot at the back of the case. The front of the case supports a 280mm radiator, and of course the rear fan can be replaced with a 120mm radiator if you prefer. Tempered Glass and RGB-LEDs: Get Your Hardware Looking Great Thanks to Kolink’s clever choice of locations for the case’s cable guides and brackets, users can look forward to a strikingly smart and clean-looking case. The spacious interior can be admired from the outside thanks to the case’s use of a tempered glass side door, which of course uses hinges to make opening and closing the case a breeze. A strip of digitally addressable RGB-LEDs is attached to the side of the brushed aluminium front. A switch on the I/O panel is responsible for controlling them, along with their accompanying lighting effects. Alternatively, the strip can also be connected and controlled directly to the mainboard. Then the RGB switch on the I/O panel can also be used as a reset button. In addition to the RGB/Reset switch, there is also a USB 3.1 Type C slot, a USB 3.0 slot and two USB 2.0 ports, as well as 3.5 mm sockets for headphones and microphone, and finally a power and HDD-LED.
