Lian Li takes things one step further however, and equips the right side panel and roof with 1 mm thick aluminium. The front also includes stunning tempered glass to allow users an unobstructed view of the case’s interior. The right part of the front includes an I/O panel with a USB 3.1 Type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports and both obligatory audio ports. Two additional USB 3.0 ports are located on the lower right part of the front section. In between the I/O panel and the tempered glass panel lies an attractive RGB-LED strip that stretches from top to bottom - the lighting of which can be controlled by means of two switches on the front panel. The RGB-LED strip can also be connected to a traditional 5VDG port on compatible motherboards. Abundant Space for Gaming Hardware The Lian Li O11Dynamic XL Midi-Tower offers a tonne of space for powerful gaming hardware. Even the huge ROG Dominus Extreme EEB motherboard from Asus can be installed with the help of an additional accessory from Lian Li. Graphics cards can be up to 446 mm in length, with CPU coolers up to a height of 167 mm also fitting. An ATX form factor power supply can be installed in an upright orientation in the left side of the rear, power supplies up to 210 mm in length will fit. When it comes to installing AiO- or custom water cooling, the case has got you covered - up to three 360 mm radiators can be installed simultaneously: one in the roof, one in the bottom and one next to the motherboard. The right side of the case includes air vents that help to better dissipate heat produced by your gaming hardware. If you install three 360 mm radiators at the same time, slim radiators should be used in the roof and next to the motherboard. Generally speaking however, a triple-radiator setup is an option here, although it will require close attention to detail when it comes to fitting everything and we recommend checking with the manufacturer beforehand, particularly when it comes to custom water cooling. The roof of the case provides space for a 280 mm radiator. Superb Airflow The radiator slots can of course be filled with fans if you prefer. At the side behind the front section, in the roof and on the bottom, up to three 120 mm fans will fit, and the roof / bottom of the case will support two 140 mm fans instead of three 120 mm fans. For clean and tidy cable management, multiple rubberised cable pass-throughs are available in places such as along the edges of where the motherboard will be seated. The right chamber of the case is where most of the cooler hardware that does not need a great deal of active cooling will go, such as the power supply and storage devices. The Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic XL Midi-Tower stands slightly raised atop rubberised steel feet, meaning that cool air is able to enter the case through the dust filter in the bottom. Thanks to the chimney effect, warm air travels upwards and consequently exits through the roof - which is also equipped with a dust filter. Two additional dust filters cover both perforated grilles in the right side section. The elegant Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic XL Midi-Tower is not only a looker, it’s more than capable of supporting some serious gaming hardware to make it perfect for PC gaming enthusiasts of all stripes, particularly where water cooling is on the agenda. Massive Drive Capacity In order to install all your storage devices, the case allows two HDD cages to be installed, meaning that four 3,5" HDDs or four 2,5" SSDs will fit. The four slots can be reached from the rear of the case, where they are covered by a perforated panel. Three 2,5" drives can be installed on the reverse of the motherboard tray. Additionally, three further 2,5" slots are available on a bracket to the fore next to the motherboard tray. The bracket can instead be installed on the bottom of the case, creating some space next to the motherboard for a radiator for example. In total, four 3,5"- and six 2,5" drives can be mounted. Note: Those wishing to install their graphics card vertically in the Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic XL Midi-Tower can opt for the Lian Li O11D-1 expansion kit . This is the only kit compatible with the Lian Li O11Dynamic XL Midi-Tower!. It includes a compatible slot bracket as well as a premium quality riser cable.
